Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including providing our services, meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and improving your experience with The Equestrian Knowledge Hub. Typically, we retain customer data for up to five (5) years after your last interaction with us. If a longer retention period is required by law, we will comply with those obligations.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to any legal requirements we must meet. After the applicable retention period, or upon your request (whichever comes first), your information will be securely deleted or anonymized.
